I have a Bachelors of Business Administration Degree in Marketing from Texas Tech University, May 1985. I furthered my education with an Executive MBA program at the Darden Business School, University of Virginia. I am a member of the Texas Tech University Alumni Association and an alumnus of Saddle Tramps, the oldest social organization at Texas Tech, founded in 1936. Professionally, I have 30 plus years of experience as a successful business leader in sales & sales management with major corporations such as; Kraft, Kimberly-Clark, Synthes & Mentor (both divisions of Johnson & Johnson). I have successfully hired and supported as many 100 employees and responsibly managed budgets in excess of $65 million annually.
I have been married to my sweetheart and business partner, Marsha, for 32 years. Together we created The M&M Group. I have three children; Will, Sam & Claire. I am a Christian and currently attend Wayside Chapel.
